How To Cancel Subscription or Account

In order to cancel your subscription to our product or to delete the account, you need to remove the organization permanently from the Statuspal portal. If you'd like to instead pause your subscription and keep your organization and account please write our support at [email protected].

Below are given the step-wise guidelines along with the snapshots, creating a better view of things to understand

How It Works

1. After signing in to the Statuspal portal using the Statuspal ID, locate the settings option in the Top-Right corner of the Dashboard:

2. Expanding the "Settings" option, click the Tab named "Details" in the drop-down menu:

3. Clicking the "Details" option from the drop-down menu will lead you the next step to Edit your Organization. Click on the highlighted option as given in the screenshot below:

By Clicking the above-highlighted option, your organization will be removed permanently together with all your status pages in it, and then you will be unsubscribed from out product.
