How to manually notify about a maintenance

If you have created a maintenance event with our new auto-maintenance notifications enabled, but the window for us to automatically notify before the maintenance start has passed, here is how you can manually send the "before maintenance starts" notification.

1. Find your maintenance update in the Admin Dashboard and click on List updates

2. In your maintenance updates list, click Edit on the update you'd like to notify your customers about.

3. In the maintenance update form, scroll down and check the "Notify subscribers" checkbox, and then click on Update.

This will notify your customers immediately about the upcoming maintenance.
