Integrate with your own SMTP server

Statuspal supports integration with 3rd party SMTP servers, enabling you to send your email notifications through your own server, this can be easily enabled following these steps:

1. Go to the sidebar of your Admin Site and click on Integrations, and click on New integration, then select SMTP from the service dropdown.

2. Relay normally includes a hostname (for example smtp.google.com). If the customer is hosting their own email server they will be using the name of organization, for example smtp.abc.com (abc being organization's name)

2. Fill in the details with your SMTP server configuration and click on Create.

3. Now you can verify its working properly by clicking on Subscriptions and click on Send test email, after sending yourself a test email, if it all looks good you're all set, you can even check your SMTP server logs to check that it's indeed going through it.
